Speaker management is one of the most complex elements of large-scale event planning especially when hundreds of speakers, multiple badge types, and limited session passes collide. For Kristen Hubbard, Senior Event Manager of Content and Learning at Nth Degree Events, it was clear; manual systems weren’t going to cut it.
Faced with managing 700 speakers across 32 tracks and two distinct programs, Nth Degree Events turned to Live Tables in RainFocus to simplify and streamline the process.
