Women comprise over 50% of the global workforce yet represent less than 30% of all B2B sales professionals. Outreach wanted to change that. And they needed an event partner to help design and deliver an impactful program to reach that rapidly rising group of leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs in sales and sales operations / technology roles.
Outreach partnered with Nth Degree Events to deliver its Women in Sales Summit. The group selected Napa Valley as the destination and Nth Degree Events handled the logistics and operations including space planning, food and beverage, housing and room block management for the event.
Nth Degree Events delivered an exceptional event for Outreach. It started with the seamless registration of 250-plus attendees. And it culminated with an inspiring fireside chat with tennis superstar and entrepreneur Venus Williams. In addition, Outreach was able to further its initiative – called RISE – to elevate the role of women in sales.

At the end of the day, attendees enjoyed networking and a trip to a Napa Valley wine cave along with dinner featuring local wines and cuisine.
