Because NAA wants to stay ahead of trends and maintain Apartmentalize as the ultimate gathering for the rental housing industry, they recognized the need to identify and implement new ideas to enhance the experience for all stakeholders.
NAA partnered with Nth Degree Events to conduct a comprehensive event audit. Thorough reviews of NAA’s strategic plans, marketing programs and data gathering practices, combined with surveys, interviews, onsite evaluations, and a deep dive into industry trends provided insights into the Apartmentalize experience.
Nth Degree Events delivered a comprehensive audit report that identified the strengths of Apartmentalize and provided a roadmap of phased recommendations to improve five key areas of their event, including marketing, session formats, and networking. The findings provided NAA with the insights they needed to implement changes to their program and further cement NAA as the leader in the space.
